FWIW - I have cycle turns for just before and just after the New Year with another turn hitting on Jan 19th which I believe happens to coincide with Ops Exp week. So it appears as though this scenario fits your roadmap fairly well. A retest of 1955, possibly a little lower over the next week or so with a turn up (or is it turn-ip 8^) around Jan 5th. Being as Dec 31st has recorded up days 90% of the time since Feb 1971, we may not get it as this year has been a year of full of opposites from what is expected.
