bill, "prepay" what...?? The only thing the company has prepaid so far is JF's significant other's lease for five years on her restaurant..so I would really like to know what else the company has prepaid..(btw, don't you think that it is "special" that the only DC lease the company paid 5 years in advance is his wife's restaurant building when she was buying the building???)
