A working prototype available now translates pretty much exactly into what Chipguy posted.

Very little possibility of marketing it in 2004, Less than 50% chance of getting it to market in 2005, but easily available for 2006.

I_banker, chipguy - that's interesting. Intel(or at least Robert Manetta at Intel) seems to think differently.

A "working prototype" CPU can easily take a year to reach
market, especially when there are significant architectural
extensions that need verification. This sounds like Tejas,
not Prescott.
