Most CEOs have people who represent them. He has other things to do than answering e-mails or doing PRs, he HIRES people to take care of these things. It doesn't mean that he doesn't care. He has a product to develop and other stuff to deal with, than answer e-mails from people who don't care about the company and just want to make money off his company by buying/selling shares. So maybe everyone should relax and stop complaining and sending tons of e-mails. I personally care about the pps but I also care about the product developpement and if it works like it seems to work, it will eventually find distributers and it will be HUGE. But for you to demand that the real #1 guy has to take care of all of this is very unfair, because that's not how business work. Believe me he cares and he's working on his company every minute, but just like everyone he has associates and secretaries and whatever to take care of the public and the communication.
