I agree with Cowboy. IMHO, Dr. Lee, the CEO is strictly a doctor who is very good at making product, but may not be an expert in finance. He lets Mr. Kron, who is better in finance to take care of the business. The way they do business is to trust each other's expertise and use their expertises to best serve the company. One thing I've learned from my medical professors and music teachers is that to do well in those areas, one should not pay too much attention about money in order to keep one's mind free and clear. Lots of doctors that I know only focus on treating patients and their wives takes care of the business.
