The funny thing is Eugen Kron and Yevgen D. Konaryev are listed as two different corporate officers on Pharm's Pink Sheet page.

Doogle - Look at the one dated the 22nd. They totally omit the statement with Kron because they are wrong.

And fwiw...whenever the OSC decided to investigate select american...PMCL's Toronto office was basically a stones throw away from Select American's physical address. So I wouldn't be surprised if whoever was investigating select american's physical address decided to drop in to PMCL's office.
