Thank you for the quick response. I could only see the 1 billion shares at so cheap a pps and it does not seem to be restricted in any way.

OK, I can agree that the money was well spent on obtaining the exclusive patents and technology, but at a cost of a BILLION shares??? Can you please help me to understand how that will translate into a PPS increase? I can see how revenues will increase due to the fact that Pluristem won't have to pay the 25% royalty fee, but what will a BILLION additional shares do to the PPS?

I sense a reverse split down the road... : (
