at some point, you could remove 30 percent of the wind forces and permannetly stop hurricanes, wind storms, nor easters, typhoons and the jet stream.
think about the difference between turbulent flow and non turbulent flow, there is often a trigger area of wind speed and force which converts one to the other
what are we doing long term to the natural atmospheric convection
