If you really think about it though, this *should* have no affect on PMCL because it really has very little (if any at all) to do about PMCL as it is about SA. Not to mention, PMCL is not even with SA anymore so if people would actually take a moment to realize this then all this nonsense shouldn't even be going on. Whatever happens, it should recover.
