It's not the end of ends, but it is a historically significant event we are approaching and it has been noted in ALL cultures in their mythologies.

Just so there is no misunderstanding, Scripture does not say that "something big" needs to happen in Israel or the Middle East before the End Times begin. There is nothing at all that needs to occur before the Rapture, which is the beginning of the End Times. The Rapture could come at any time now, today, tomorrow, next week, next year or longer, but the key is that Scripturally, it could happen today.
