It has to be illegal. Fannery is a stone cold liar and has never shown any responsibility to the shareholders. If Fannery isn't doing something illegal the market and us are in big trouble.
Also, to all, playing the "bitter" card on this board will only make things worse. Driving away potential investors with empty warnings will eventually affect your investment, or whats left of it. If anything, we should be discussing ways to make money off this tragedy instead of sulking into thin air.
