Moore, I've done extensive DD into IBAC when it held the hotels etc. I went and stayed, i interviewed management etc. Everything was legitimate, however the business wasn't run in any manner to look after the shareholders interest. None of his companies have been.
In light of Hayters past abuses under this shell i can see where it would be prudent for him to sell this shell. However, that would mean he'd have to go looking for a new one to buy and that may present difficulties for him.
He's used the internet to pander his printed shares to the masses. The problem he's facing is that the folks he's screwed have gotten savvy to his routine and are learning where to find answers to questions he's denied them. I would say that perhaps Hayter is attempting to alter his methods and create a new series of deceptions.

But, if you look at the ibox, you'd think these guys were the spawn of Satan. I've never seen a IHUB IBOX that was so Anti a company made by it's creators. WhAT'S the deal? Instead of looking for any positive in your stock it seems you're doing everyithing to keep people away. Hummmmmmmm, are we looking for a deal outside and on the DL? Me thinks so. lol
