This had to be the strangest trading day ever.

1)Billion of shares traded at the ask (.0009)
2)w,z,s,and t designations on trades
3)14 mm's on the ask the entire day
4)Millions of nines go off and MM's added on the ask
5)last 5 minutes 12 mm's on the bid disappeared
6)last 5 minutes .0007's going off when L2 says .0008 on ask and bid on L2
7)Bid and ask drops when all nines being sold
8) only 3 mm's at play here all day SAFI,VNDM(Bid and Ask),and ARCA.
9) many many sideways trades
10)ARCA (9999) arrived on the ask at 3:55 then all .0008's were sold and dropped to .0007/.0008
11) No Movement in PPS
