They can and will receive a waiver for the minimum share price. Face it why else would BF be putting together a board now. The application to AMEX is public knowledge and getting the waiver with the assets and current revenue flow he has is very doable.
Also he is buying back shares and has been all week. Of course there are others obviously buying also. Looks like we are finally going to take off.
