You're dealing with a fraud and part of a fraud is producing all the trappings of an up and coming business...Dubai is a hot market so they started claiming to have deals there. No we find out that they didn't.

Of course, the bitter enders will claim that the deals will come through -- I'll be SHOCKED if they do.
