So the answer to your question is NO you will not know when PRVB is buying neither you will know how much.

Buyback

There are limits to how much they can buy based on recent volume. There also are limits to when during the day they can purchase. It looks like that it is already started. Also it is public knowledge that an AMEX application is in and a waiver has been granted. So a BOD will need to be set up quite soon in order to make a transisiton to the AMEX.

Hope you did not sell but bought on the recent dips cause this one may fly. With current production reports per Texas Railroad Commission the revenue for Q2 is going to be substantially higer than Q1.
