I find it funny how these Pink Sheet companies use the word 'purchase' so loosely. Nobody in their right mind would buy anything from Ed or Wayne using real cash. Everyone knows the dirtiest shells around are the ones that have at some point been connected to the Hayter, Burgess and Astrom names.
