Smith has made small payments to Squamish and Oysoyos but not to the remainder of the teams. It's gonna be very tough for him to find Bus service this year and the 2 million usd he will need to operate on an all cash basis. I'm sure Briner/Global would welcome it if he could as they own 40 percent of the league.
