bill, look at my posts prior to the PR...I called for a Form 4 as there was unusal buying activity..I had hoped it was an insider...IMO SVET bought and then released this extraneous PR to sell the shares they bought...it did not go as high as they expected so they are still trying to sell those shares...SVET are now trying anything to get those shares higher...they got caught in their own game...JMHO...
