Snow,
I hate to use your name like this, but we have been given a snow job when it comes to what this company said they were going to be doing, publicly in statements, regarding financing the future growth through moneys received from the business instead of selling of shares. Where is the that performance from Bickel? He said all that a long time ago and now to here you say they are having to sell shares again after taking us down so far, makes me very ill.
I have heard some say that there is some legal action that the company had to settle through the issuance of shares. Is this true and if so, where do we read about that transaction and why no press release about it, especially if it was for so many shares?
Any answers and reference directions would be appreciated.
