So 78 million is a controlling vote if the super voting preferred are no longer in existence correct? Has the 78 million shares been placed into escrow and does management control the vote on these shares?
In reality though should not management release the info to everybody rather than "leaking" it to a message board poster?
Given the 31 million assumed float it is hard to swallow that the price declined so much with only 31 million tradable shares.
If management converted the preferred like they said they were going to, what was that 28 mill OS? and to say it is only 31 now, an additional 3 mil shares I just don't buy it.
The price dropped like a lot more than 3 mill hit the street.
