I calculate it closer to .004 for a 25m price tag. A reasonable figure. That of course does not take the A/S into consideration and can be the kicker.

I still like my idea of selling them GNF Entertainment, Digital, the whole bag, including Gary, for about 10-12 million and then using that to buy back shares, beef up inventory, do some real advertising, while settling back into our core business. Should be good for a profitable ride for at least 4-6 more years with only 100-150k of subs.
