you got that right the tides are turning in real estate. i'm in the process of buying my second business and was out yesterday with my partners looking at two houses to flip in the next few months.
real estate is starting to level and people are looking to buy again, at least in my area. now the high priced homes are moving slow still but if you stick to the mid range they are moving fast.
nice car, my wife was just test driving the SLK350 but with the new business she had to put it on hold for now.....
