True WayneC777 but outside of some of the investors who believe that the service is flawless this is a pretty consistent complaint from consumers and can be found all over the net. This is only my opinion, but I believe that this contributes to the high turnover rate as I have seen many reviews where users/subscribers have cancelled service for this very reason.
