Argyll, still a pretty interesting situation. If you don't mind paying the cert fee, I'd definitely get the certs and then if you want transfer them to your new broker (or keep them). But, if your current broker is short, at least make them buy them in the open market to get your certs :)
I use E*Trade which is using NITE as their MM who I think it shorting the crap out of this so it is easy to buy. Typically my buys go through in 10 seconds or less. Fine by me because even if they are shorting it, at least I'm getting my stock. LOL!
