Eureka, you shouldn't worry about Dutchess. They are making plenty off of the shareholders. The genotyping services Ellipsis provides are growing exponentially. And will continue to do so. And yes....they may just run this thing into the ground.

Q4 revenue of $525,000, an increase of 42% over last year

-- Year-end revenues of $2.4 million, an increase of 91% over 2005

-- Q4 Genotyping revenue of $170,000, an increase of 643% over Q4 2005

-- Full-year Genotyping revenue of $770,000, an increase of 330% over
full-year 2005

-- Full-year revenue of $1.6 million for Ancestry products, an increase
73% over 2005

My open letter to DNAG management starts with this opening salvo: What the hell is going on? Is this a business or is this some sort of twisted lab experiment gone horribly wrong. Are we ever going to hear from management again or will we simply get the same boiler plate crap quarter after quarter...

Eureka5,

You must not have checked this out with frog before you posted this back when frog could have informed you.

Yes the CD59 holds great potential.

"What will be Richard's next step. I don't think there is any doubt that something has to be done in regards to the Dutchess financing situation as soon as possible. They need to partner something in the pipeline to get some funding quickly. Revenues from geneology and forensics have not shown to be any help although it will be interesting to see if their was any progress made in the Q2. For those of you who are interested, I have checked most of the people in this company and they are all first class scientists and industry professionals with good reputations. The question becomes, will they be able to put something together in time in terms of a new financing arrangement to stave off the massive dilution with the Dutchess deal. I find it very interesting that nobody on this board has talked about the CD59 possibilities. This could be a home-run all by itself. My feelings are that we will see something before the end of the summer in term of a deal ... the sooner the better..."
