That's true, but there was also 1/3 of the O/S back then than there is now, so in effect, we're really trading about .29 pre O/S raise from 100 million to 320 million.

"I'll vote #3. I think the offer was too low. This stock was very close to .50 in April last year for goodness sakes. The buyout should be much higher."
