#5) Combination of 2 distinct/seperate buyout deals accepted
I'm thinking there will be a pleasant surprise tomorrow (that's why the slight delay - getting the details hammered-out)... Something like a "white knight" buyout offer from an additional suitor for the part of Aurus assets (perhaps including Krong's technology) that were not included in the original $0.55 buyout deal negotiated with the "hostile take-over" suitor...
Thereby fulfilling the company's previously PR'ed statement:
"The shares shall be posted during the course of the next week and shall be included in any and "ALL" buyout proposals"

Aurus Proceeds With Dividend
Aurus Corp (PINKSHEETS: AURC) advises its shareholders that following the announcement of the dividend for shareholders on record as of February 15, 2007, it has completed the steps required to have the dividends distributed to the shareholders that qualify.
The shareholders benefiting from this dividend shall receive, by mail, their share certificates without any action on their part or any surrender of certificates.
The shares shall be posted during the course of the next week and shall be included in any and all buyout proposals.
