Express your displeasures to the people that can do something about it. Express your displeasures to the company management. The contact info for those people have been posted in the forums a number of times including today. Take those email addresses and take your complaints to the source. Then come back and post what you find out from those sources :). JMHO

Wouldn't it make more sense to express your displeasure about the company TO the company? The only thing you are doing here is wearing your fingers down. While there might be some who share your feelings, there isn't anyone here who can do anything about it.
