Millenium, I will try to go back and refresh my mind about what happens regarding SINO in 2008. It has been a while since I read about it. scoob

I do not believe that is the case. I recall Jim Bickel saying something like YaSheng was an important component of Sino. It gives Sino inroads into China.

Millenium323, I mis-spoke regarding SINO and YaSheng. The following is taken from the 10-Q dated 2/17/06:

"Sino was acquired from YaSheng for 5% of the outstanding stock of the company, a ratio that must be maintained until July of 2008."
