2 billion shares in PDR form. I can tell you if I bought at .04 and new PDR's were coming on the market via the exchange I'd want to average down wouldn't you. When we start letting them go for .01 .02 .03 sh$ts gonna start hitting the fan real hard over here. JMHO.

As to your first question I can only guess but IMO we will here something following the financials release. Possibly this week hopefully no later then next week. Things are starting to come to a boil.

There were 2 billion shares bought @ .04 - The shares were then deposited in the foundation. The entity making the purchase was given 200k PDR's, each backed by 10k shares of PNMS stock held in the foundation.

A PDR is a "Pan American Depository Receipt".
