I have a few questions if you dont mind- 1. Why the rush on the 100 million shares? And why 100mil, and not 50, or maybe 25? 2. Float, was anything said on what the actual number of share is in the float? 3. Relistment, Tom sounds awfuly bullish on it happening soon, in the past all of the rumors out of the company have been off, is there a reason on why he is so bullish now? I hope he understands the hopes that are now on his shoulder now after comments like in the post from RB. 4. Any talks on China, Rogel has ties there and I was wondering if we were working on that? 5. The recient consultants were mostly in the investment banking area, was there talk on that? 6. Star or MAC approval, is that on the way, in the process, or done? 7. I hope you had a safe and relaxing couple days away from the office, I wish I was there. I really hope all of the information is true, so far, that has come out.
jarta - what were you impressed with and what still has a lot to be desired (besides the obvious - no eCashpads have been issued, no revenue and no relisting). Also, comment on relisting, American Express and Sun Microsystems. Did you personally speak to any members of management and did they fix the raffle to hook you up with an eCashpad?

I'm impressed. Manny told me they would not do a live transaction, just a real cashpad with a dummy transaction...no money to move. So WOW! They pulled one out of the hat.
fwiw....dai told me he tried an atm card and it would not work....but that is no surprise....atm networks still have to sign off as I understand.
