I also vote for Cayman since I don't ski...lol. And yes, travelling after Jan 1 makes a lot of sense. BUT only till about Jan 20th on selloffs, then the prices go goofy. Don't forget the Turtle Farm which is a must see. Also, MATT has to mail a postcard to Bob from Hell....lol. Even if you don't scuba, snorkel & take one of the day trips to dive sites, you can see some neat stuff from the surface or just below with a mask or goggles. One of the best I saw was a toilet sitting at the bottom of the ocean beside a wreck. All the scuba dudes were sitting on it & their buds were taking pics of them on it...really funny. Also take a camera that takes pix underwater. Restaurants are good but expensive. I remember a place called the Conch House or some such thingy. Conch fritters with a mayo sauce. Restaurants are expensive. As for "booty"...sure...have a party, Matt...the youngest chicks you will find will be in their 70's. Grand Cayman is not known for it's nightlife but more it's liposuction clinics and 450+ Banks & Insurance Companies. Wherever you stay, make sure it's on Seven Mile Beach...a great walking beach. All IMHO....hehehehe
