I just like to point to the facts that a PHBT official report state that Outstanding shares was = 5.4B and Float was = 4.5B
prier split 1000:1 at April 4,2007 = 5.4 million and float 4.5 million >just look this side of this board PHBT imidatly after the picture of glass of water from begining of the chat board PHBT

Same stated offically on Nasdaq today that Shares Outstanding PRHB is : 5,492,000 shares just look below the facts not my imagination .
