He actually has been very effective. Any market maker can legally short all they want to short term. Thousands of people bought high and have now sold low. That is why I state so often that I bought the bottom and I am going to win. But it does take fortitude. Most penny players can not withstand the pain and adversity associated with the game they try to play. They will bail when the going gets tough and try to find another stock that can't fail. It is not the stock that fails it is their own emotional makeup that fails.
