Is it wrong to file a law suit against someone who has counterfeit shares?

If you know that most of the defendants are not guilty of what you accuse them of? Yes it is.

1) What could their "motives" be for confiscating your counterfeit or "air" shares that are in your possession? To enrich themselves?

Of course. If it wasn't going to benefit them in some way, they wouldn't do it.

LOL zxc, that is downright scary that you are actually saying it would be fine for someone to outright file a false lawsuit???????/ Rationalization can be a dangerous toy!

Now, how do you know I own fraudulent shares? They could be real, they could be NSS, or they could be fraudulent, but you have no clue, nor do I, nor does Megas! So, seeing that I hold shares electronically that could be any of the above, they just up and sue me with no factual basis, then tell me they will drop it if I just hand over my shares??? If that wasn't so sick, I would actually still be laughing!

If there is still a counterfeit problem after the Pino suit, then they should be suing those who counterfeited. Oh wait, that was done and they recovered damages. Now they want my shares and are not offering any of the money that got from the counterfeiter in return?

Now, if my shares are somehow part of the Pino suit, why should I just hand them over without compensation and why would they try to do that? Not to enrich me! I bet a buck you can figure out who it would enrich!

Oh yes zxc, I did read your post 77633, quite entertaining.

No way any of us knows for sure exactly what BCIT's endgame is. It sure makes one feel warm and fuzzy to believe it is intended to help us all out in the end, but once you give up your shares willingly or through the judge, no way to tell for sure what may happen!

Personally, I can handle being sued and reacted rationally. I hired counsel to get me a dismissal with predjudice! Then will keep my other options open!
