zxc, you got it wrong, not panic, ANGER! Not insecure, just capable of rational thought. Also IMHO,more than a little slimmy to send the letter to confiscate shares! I believe he/they have motives yet to be seen.

Also, if the following is true which you posted, and I must add I have not heard this directly from BCIT nor any related parties, then they knowingly filed a false lawsuit. I think there may be a law or two against that???
