This new PR is significant in more than the details in the PR. Although the increase in size is very significant and show Mr. Biscan is very encouraged by the numbers he is receiving.
The other Major indication is that Tara is now issuing NEW moves by the company. The restrictions , self imposed by Tara on announcing new developments was due to their having to include such developments in their 2005 financial filings. Either the last quarter has?is being filed now. or that restriction has been lifted by Tara.
Meaning we should see more deals being announced as completed and very shortly.
