You can fill a whore house full of 87 year old grandmas but you won't get even one customer. If you want to make money, you need the good stuff...

One super hot piece of content can bring hundreds of clients, whereas hundreds of 87 year old grandmas won't bring one client.

All this "extra" content adds value and will be good for leverage in a buy-out later-on, but there is no substitute for big-studio movie content. ReelTime needs big studio content to bring subscriptions.

MG's exact words to me were, "We know we need another studio, and that deal is in the works. Right now all we can do is try as hard as we can to establish an ever-increasing rate of new subscriber acquisition."

Regarding subscriptions, any guess on how things are going? For some reason, I 'm just not that worried about the subscriber base...YET. Let's keep adding content, building and testing the website, trying our viral marketing campaigns, video promotions, etc. WHEN MANAGEMENT THINKS WE'RE READY, then the subscriber ramp up will be pursued with a vengence. When "the market" gets the first hint that ramp up is working, then this will sky. There's some indication this is already working...the Alexa rankings. We shall see in time! Very exciting, very exciting!

That is the kind of answer I expect from a rational investor when I express concerns. I don't know that I agree with you. But I do respect the maature way in which you express your opinion. I sincerely hope you aare right. For the time being, I am willing to concede that you may be right. And since the profit potential is so great, I am willing to stick it out longer.
