do I have this right? buy one share of MKAQ at $1.15 (current PPS)

1:48 reverse split occurs

pps is then 55.2

all shareholders (including those holding only 1 share) receive at least 100 shares post reverse split

so buying just 1 share of MKAQ at $1.15 equals 100 shares at $55.2 post reverse split?

I realize that pps will probably drop dramatically once everyone has their shares but...sounds good if my math is right
