glaszman, anything you answer to is opened up for contest in the court action, even if you answer to the dismissed complaints, by challenging the jurisdiction, you force the plaintiff and court to prove that they have the legal standing to even bother you in the first place, besides, the lawsuit as filed is blatantly frivolous, it is 100% unethical to sue people that you know, or even suspect, are innocent, its the same as the government suing everyone to try and weed out tax fraud, it is a total abuse of the legal system.
