You are right on the spelling, but I like the proposed transparency that DPBM are saying they will bring to their pinksheets.com information.
As Wilf said in his radio interview a week or so ago, they would have PR's over the next 3 - 4 weeks. This one is a nice starter to provide the necessary confidence in their sincerity to layer the next ones on top.
I don't know how long the pinksheets changes take to put in place, but if they could wait until that is complete prior to releasing the next PR's, that would be good IMO.
