If I pay a travel agent to acquire plane tickets for me and the airline says their counterfit, does the travel agent say not his fault cause bought them in the open mkt and airline sue me for having fake ticket unless I give it to them. What is a fake ticket worth?

If I pay a real estate agent for a property and the property owner says the deed is fake. Can the real estate agent say not his fault and the property owner sue me for having the fake deed but drop the charges if I give it to thim. Whats a fake deed worth?

If I buy a car from a wholesaler who buys it on the open market and the car owner says the title is fake. Can the wholesaler claim no fault and would the car owner then sue me for having a fake title unless I give it to him. Whats a fake title worth?

Anyone can continue with these senarios all day but the two most obvious things in each is that whoever you paid to get your stuff owes you the real stuff. Also tickets, deeds and titles to fake stuff seem to have acquired some extra value. Even to the point the real owner would offer to not sue if you gave them this fake stuff plus, as mentioned, continually reminding you of att. costs you can save by
doing so. This case is beyond rediculos. How can a judge not dismiss it. IMO
