Here's a PR that seems to be a little unclear?

KNOXVILLE, Tenn., March 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Yucatan Holding Company, as holder of the majority of shares to be received pursuant to a certain Voting Agreement and Irrevocable Trust dated April 1999, wishes to clarify its position with regards to mergers and or acquisitions that have been in discussion.

The Company has not been in contact with a representative of Cyberhand Technologies International, Inc. with regards to their interest. At this time no action is contemplated as the Company does not know nor has it had any discussions with regards to Cyberhand's interest. The Big Hub.com, Inc. Could you please clarify the 1st sentence?
1. Have you received the shares mentioned?
2. Are they the "unregistered shares" as is mentioned in the Agreement/Trust?
3. Are they the results of a) the original purchase? or b) 1 revaluation or c) 2 revaluations?

This is a curious PR isn't it.

I suppose it questionable how one can physically vote a majority when one hasnt actually received proof of ownership in the form of the shares.

Has anyone been privy to the April#? 1999 Voting Agreement and Irrevocable Trust? Who ever speaks to DP next, please ask him to make this document available so that we can understand how Yucatan Hdgs was able vote majority /BHUB
