#43992 RE: curber #43988

We have time Curber. Again, thank you for your kind assistance this evening.

Now I'm looking forward to hearing from BigHub (who seems to have changed his alias), in hopes that management can show the investors how much of BHUB Yucatan actually owns today. This is important, because everyone here is looking to Yucatan to get them out of this mess.

In light of all the controversy, I think Yucatan's current ownership stake in BHUB is a fair question. A company interested in "transparency" should be delighted to answer it in writing IMO.

Curber, don't you think it's odd that BHUB would cancel their administrative dissolution less than a week after Knight got their ownership matched up to BHUB's 7.8%?

I'm telling ya, to a layman like me this looks suspiciously well-planned. DId Knight swap their 7.8% for BHUBs, then hide behing TELA's delisting so nothing further would have to be reported?

Interesting that the final filing - the belated TELA 10K - served to minimize Knight's ownership and was well played as a talking point by many posters here.

I will be happy to admit I'm wrong - if we can get someone from any of these companies to put the current ownership of both shells in writing.
