Although investors don't like the prospect of lawsuits - I agree it may come to that if enough people lost enough money. It's up to them, really.

But in can all be cleared up. If you'll remember, I also have a longstanding post in to BigHub, who claimed here on the board to be "BHUB management".

I asked him/them very nicely to confirm their ownership position in BHUB still exists, and at what %.

BigHub has yet to answer me though.

Something Interesting to say REKMAN--- Reminds me of the time Arnold Palmer agreed to play a charity round of golf with a blind golfer who had proved he was quite a good golfer in spite of his disability. The agreement was that the loser would donate $50,000 dollars to the winning golfers favorite charity. Mr. Palmer graciously left the date and time of the match up to his opponent. The blind golfer replied - " April 23rd, at 12 midnight."

Are we on for next Saturday? $1000 a hole.
