I agree bonkers is an understatement. Folks are trying to figure this one out. How can a stock that was on the pink sheets and now the grays go to $10-$20+ per share? What they are failing to do is dd and read the new Chirico Group website. That's our new website coming. And, they forget Accel Energy has the same officers we do. They also are failing to admit that if you pile all the revenues up from both Accel Energy and The Chirico Group (AAPU), we are currently over $100 mil with significant profits.
We were very fortunate to get into this opportunity. The same thing happened with the Jane Buttel shell. A reverse merger occurred by Bootie Beer. Stock ran from low pennies to about $3 in less than 1 year I believe.
The Chirico Group (AAPU) and Accel Energy are growing extremely fast around the world particularly in China. The Chirico Group (AAPU) is in Jordan and obviously in the U.S. and other countries I believe.
If you add the revenues up from the Accel operations in 2008 from their website and assume The Chirico Group (AAPU) operations will generate maybe $50-$100+ mil, then many of us can see how the PPS can be in the $10-$20+ range easy. It could go higher depending on what the market perceives the shale oil binder patent to be worth.
Combined operations upon completion of a merger of The Chirico Group (AAPU) and Accel Energy.
$400 mil revs x .50 EBIT = $200 mil x .60 taxes = $120 mil/100 mil o/s = $1.20 EPS x 20 PE = $24 Price Per Share Guesstimate for the next 12-18 months. Short term 3-6 months $5-$10 per share. 1 year out $10-$15 per share.
All the above IMO and based on personal dd.
