However, they are always done at a discount to the market in the case of toxic financing, or if the company is desperate for money.

i donno what this is going to do...but its not going up with non stop crying about the pps....instead of writing your disfaction 30 times a day....how about posting some dd there ace...or just hold and wait till it does go up...i not happy about all my investments....but i just hold and wait...try writing the company or take up a hobby till this does go up!
