In response to your post "who woke up the sleeping Tier" I think it was the SEC Halt! That caused investors to dig a little harder to find out more about the company. There was a sense of urgency that kicked in! We all knew the SPAM excuse was bogus, but it may have jump started this company and possibly moved us along a little quicker than previously expected! GLTA!
