Yes Emulwa thanks, I know the requirements for listing on the AMEX, IMHO, there is no reason why we couldn't hold $1.00 TO $3.00 with the projected REVS and low float! Just a little more time here! That's All!

That requirement may not apply for a merger and name change. In other words, Accel Energy has been trading on the German exchanges over $1 U.S. for 3 months. It may be treated like any other company going straight to the AMEX. In other words, you don't have to start on the pinks or OTC in order to get to the AMEX first.

There are other qualifying features and about 3 or 4 ways to qualify i.e., revenues, share structure, market cap, etc. That's where Accel Energy comes into play IMO. Keep in mind, we suspect AAPU will be merging if they haven't already with Accel Energy.. We also suspect that a name change to The Chirico Group will happen. When all of that occurs, we may automatically qualify to go straight to the AMEX as The Chirico Group.
